At Más Impulso, all our premium resources and products are created directly by us. We always provide support and assistance to those who need help after purchasing any resource.

Delivery Policy:

Once your payment is completed, our payment gateways (PayPal or Stripe) will process and approve the transaction according to their data analysis, which may take up to one business day. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email, and your digital product will be delivered immediately.

Remember, once your payment is approved via PayPal or Stripe, you will receive your digital product immediately.

Refund Policy

If our premium resources do not meet the expectations or conditions offered, you may request a refund within 72 hours by emailing [email protected] and informing us of the issue. Our team will verify the information, and the refund will be processed according to your original payment method.

If more than 72 hours have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If the same product is paid for twice or more, you may request a refund within 48 hours. After that period, a refund will not be possible, but you may receive another product of equal value instead.

  • Stripe: Refunds will be made to the same account used for the transaction, minus processing fees.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be made to the same PayPal account, minus processing fees.
  • Bank Transfer (Colombia only): Refunds will be sent to the same bank account used for the payment.

Please note that refunds may include additional processing fees charged by the payment platforms, meaning the refunded amount may not be full.

Communications

Any information submitted by users through our website or other means becomes the property of www.masimpulsoglobal.com, and the company may use this information. Likewise, Más Impulso may publish or use the sender’s name. Comments or content submitted by fake profiles will not be taken into account.

Acceptance of Use and Pricing

Some orders may not be processed if requirements are not met. www.masimpulsoglobal.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or deny service for any reason. Sometimes, we may request additional information from users to complete an order. If the user refuses to provide the requested information, Más Impulso may cancel the order.

Más Impulso also reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that was placed with an incorrect price on the website. In such cases, we will contact the user to offer the best solution.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION AREA

Quarterly Plan: The subscription begins once the first payment is made. It does not renew automatically after three months. Renewal is only possible if the user chooses to pay again through the platform or by contacting support. Más Impulso does not make automatic payments—only the user can do that.

Semiannual Plan: The subscription begins once the first payment is made. It does not renew automatically after six months. Renewal must be done manually by the user via the platform or by contacting customer service via WhatsApp. Más Impulso does not make automatic payments.

Annual Plan: The subscription begins once the first payment is made. It does not renew automatically after twelve months. The user must manually renew it if they wish to continue. Más Impulso does not make automatic payments.

Billing, Payments, and Cancellations:

  • Billing: If a legal invoice is requested, it can only be provided if the user resides in Colombia. Otherwise, a payment receipt will be issued via the platform. After purchase, a payment confirmation will be sent by email.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time and at our sole discretion.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Users will retain access to the content until the current billing period ends. Renewals are not automatic—users must renew manually.

Digital Classes and Downloadable Material:

This material may not be distributed or sold under another name. It is intended only for internal use by churches, teachers, and ministry leaders working with children or teens within their respective ministries.

Translation of materials into any other language is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Más Impulso. Requests must be sent to [email protected].

Any attempt to distribute, sell, or reproduce the downloaded digital material—either online or physically—will be considered a criminal offense. All materials are protected by copyright and are the property of Más Impulso.

Trainings: These are available to be watched only through our platform. Reproduction on social media or other platforms is not allowed. The content is for exclusive use by subscribers and church teachers who have an active subscription.

Exclusive Downloadable Materials: These are for exclusive use by the church or teacher who purchased them. They must not be distributed or sold, and may not be shared on social media or any other public platforms that expose premium content for general use.
